The real book purports to be a reproduction of a copy of the fictional book held in the Hogwarts library.
Is it really a reproduction of a copy, or is this just poor grammar?
If it makes it clearer, it's a copy of a copy, it even has the list of who has checked it out and when it was due back.
Yes. It is a real book that claims to be a copy of an imaginary book. Das Baz, aka Erudil 16:24, 18 October 2008 (UTC)
I don't remember a single reference to this book in the movie. Was this book only mentioned in the book? If so, the article should mention this. Brianjd 09:43, 2005 Jan 2 (UTC)

Anyone who owns the book willing to put a picture of it here? ISAYsorry 23:21, 19 July 2007 (UTC)
As of right now, this article says Rowling is listed as the copyright holder of the Harry Potter" name. A name cannot be copyrighted, but it can be trademarked. If someone who has a copy of this book could be bothered to confirm exactly what it says and cite it, it would be lovely. 70.240.145.65 ( talk) 03:44, 12 July 2010 (UTC)
This book as well as the "Fantastic Beast..." book have an alternate cover. They mention J.K. Rowling on the cover and look totally different. Could someone mention this on the articles?? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.198.161.43 ( talk) 20:19, 17 May 2012 (UTC)
Comic Relief isn't an offshoot of Live Aid. It was created soon after but the two are independent of one another. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.6.159.62 ( talk) 16:18, 2 August 2012 (UTC)
The charity money raised by the two books (this one and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them) should be consistent, in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them it's mentioned that 17 million were raised. بهاء حجازي ( talk) 22:56, 12 December 2013 (UTC)
