Here's the Quest Diagnostics Incorporated 2019 Form 10-K (latest one, filed February 2020) from the Securities and Exchange Commission's EDGAR database of corporate filings. It's a fairly comprehensive, candid description of the company and the industry, in 74 pages of small type plus several appendices. I recommend starting with the table of contents.

(I might note that unlike most Form 10-Ks, which are written in objective lawyerly language, this one uses a lot more PR buzzwords and platitudes than I'm used to, eg, "providing insights that empower and enable a broad range of customers...")
