I believe that this is a different locomotive to BHP Whyalla DH class, mainly because that those weren't all narrow gauge locos. How was the re-gauging accomplished? By bogie exchange or by mounting the wheels to suit the narrower gauge on long axles that fit onto the original 3 ft 6 in (1,067 mm) bogies and which axles have been machined to suit? Peter Horn User talk 19:04, 28 July 2014 (UTC)
