So, an engineer designed an antenna in 2008, and as stated, there's no reliable simulations, or properly verifiable antenna measurements. I'll say: this is not wikipedia-grade sources, and the question really ought top be asked whether including this specific kind of antenna here has any benefit to the reader. — Preceding
