It appears the user:nlu who created this article (and a number of other Göktürk ruler articles) also translated the content from Chinese sources. When I tried to categorize it as Category:Turkic rulers the same user removed my category entry and insited on his/her POV eventhough there is no concrete rule for building hierarchies of categories.
