Strictly speaking, shouldn't the expression for Qbd be compensated for the capacitative charge?
i.e. Subtract Q = C.V where C is the gate capacitance and V is the voltage just before breakdown? DFH ( talk) 16:35, 6 January 2009 (UTC) reply
