Spelling

Should this article be moved to Pyotr Valuyev, according to Wikipedia:Romanization of Russian? Valuyevsky Ukaz should also be consistent with this spelling (see talk:Valuyevsky Ukaz regarding naming) — Michael Z. 2006-11-19 17:14 Z
