The end of Patel's pregnancy is presented definitively as a stillborn miscarriage, even though a court of law (after considering the evidence) found with certainty beyond a reasonable doubt that it was a live birth. Material casting doubt upon the court's findings is certainly appropriate, but a NPOV article cannot presume that the court and those who agree with its findings are wrong. — Preceding
