Terminology

Is it right to say that Puerto Rico v. Branstad "overrules" Kentucky v. Dennison, or rather that it "reverses" it, much as Brown v. Board of Education reverses Plessy v. Ferguson? 75.201.204.249 ( talk) 03:22, 10 September 2012 (UTC) reply
