Unless anyone objects and can show that puddling is a noun, and also the more common name for this substance, I propose renaming this article from Puddling (engineering) to Puddle (engineering), which already appears in the puddling disambiguation page as a red link. Greetings Wikipedians. "Puddling" was also a common practice in the US, think the Erie and Union canals as examples. I will develop some material in the article to mention that American practices in this type of construction and the canals it was used on. Cheers .
