Text and/or other creative content from this version of Post Fire (2024) was copied or moved into Post Fire. The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists.

Dripwoods, your article is much more complete than this one. I agree about merging the two articles. We should take anything from this article that isn't already in yours - for example my containment figures seem to be more recent - and put them in the "2024" article wherever they appear relevant, along with the appropriate reference citation. You could add that material wherever you believe it fits - or if you prefer I could do that merge.
