here with an explanation that "not a valid reference source; also has spam issues". I've asked the contributor who removed it for an explanation,
here. Since he has put several hours into editing (
[1]) without response, I am restoring it for now (ala
BRD) as I wait for him to have time to explain the issues with the source. --
