The entry for Sukhum, Abkhazia keeps being changed by anonymous IPs based in Georgia. As Abkhazia is recognised as a state by the Russian Federation, it is appropriate to treat Abkhazia as a state in this article. It is not the imaginary Sukhumi or Sokhumi in Georgia that Podolsk has a twinning with, but the real Sukhum, capital of an independent Abkhazia, which hasn't been in Georgia since 1993. If these anonymous IPs don't like this being reverted, I suggest they stop being sneaky and have the courage to discuss the matter on the talk page. Bofoc Tagar ( talk) 18:44, 5 February 2010 (UTC)
