Poca WV was featured in an 8/1/2015 11:59 pm Washington Post article on the Federal target for clean air, with a photo of nuclear and coal-fired plants in Poca. Some mention should be made of the relationship, whether democratically accepted or forced upon the residents, of this power-production relationship and its ecological impact upon the residents in Poca.
