The article has a section called "plurinational state" that describes such as state as "being plural, redistributive, antibureaucratic, and a democracy that defends solidarity". This is not a standard definition of "plurinational". The reference given is a text by "The Confederation of Indigenous Nationalities of Ecuador". It's part of that organization's political manifesto for Ecuador rather than a general definition of "plurinational". Section deleted.
