User 211.29.14.54 in their first edit, changed westerly to easterly in "thus mixing with the most westerly of the three tribes, the Yankunytjatjara." with a comment "Yankunytatjara country is to the EAST of Pitjantjatjara & Ngaanyatjara". I do not know if this is true, but thought it should be mentioned here on the talk page. ---- Astrokey44| talk 09:03, 8 December 2005 (UTC)
Yes, Yankunytjatjara are the more easterly, with Ngaanyatjara (and Ngaatjatjara) the more westerly, Pitjantjatjara are in the middle. Dougg 00:29, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
The 2nd, 3rd and 4th paragraphs treat 'anangu' as a synonym for 'Pitjantjatjara', which it is not, and is clearly talking about the whole Western Desert people, not just the Pitj. Dougg 00:29, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
I'm taking out this line:
...as it describes the entire Western Desert group, not just Pitjantjatjara. I'll replace it with a description of the extent of Pitj lands. Dougg 04:09, 12 May 2006 (UTC)
Do some Pitjantjatjara live in Alice Springs proper? If so, the article should state this. Badagnani 00:25, 22 November 2006 (UTC) :)
