Check valve use vertical pipe, correct or wrong. somebody told check valve use only horizontal only or diffending upon fiuld. which is correct?...

Only Swing type check valve can't be in vertical position. So you can use waffer check valve for vertical positions.

I am not a native speaker but the subject of both articles seems to overlap to a high degree.
Piping might be the more general term while plumbing mostly refers to buildings. But since large parts of the information is relevant to both articles it seems to make sense to maybe include Plumbing into Piping.
