Oxford comma

Please define or link to a definition of TWT in the article

There's a link present, though it's easy to miss. Look at the first instance in the Time line and current status section. It refers to a type of vacuum tube ( Traveling-wave tube) that were used in some transmitters in that day. Dawnseeker2000 02:48, 13 August 2012 (UTC) reply
