I'm just curious:
Picratol is a high explosive mixture, comprising 52% 'Explosive D' and 48% TNT.
Why this ratio? It seems arbitrary. Why not 50/50? It's almost 50/50 anyways. Seems odd that this arbitrary ratio of two well-known explosives would then get it's own special name "Picratol". Jonny Quick ( talk) 04:37, 10 August 2015 (UTC)
