Agreed! I changed the article with the information I have. I am following this situation since 2017. My dearest apologies, but the article was biased and 'fan written' using sources with only information from websites that support her cause. Not encyclopedic.

removing people from circumstances likely to lead to death (floating in the sea, in no boat or in overcrowded rafts near sinking or tiny boats not built for open water) is correctly termed rescue, and people seeking refuge correctly termed refugees, whether you feel it is right and whether you feel they are criminals or not
