Inaccessible Reference Link 63

I noticed that trying to access reference 63 results in a "server IP address could not be found". Does anybody know what the source is? In the article it is a reference to measurements by Boelkes and Hoffmann. (I've used Mediawiki before but this is my first time on Wikipedia, please let me know if there is anything I should be doing differently, thanks!) 73.70.190.43 ( talk) 06:07, 16 July 2019 (UTC) reply

More explanation on formulae

Missing variable definitions under the "Type" headings: two equations are given, one for monopole, and one for diapole, both are complex and contain 6+ variables that are not clearly defined. For unfamiliar users, a sentence preceeding or following the equation that lists what each variable represents would be very helpful. — Preceding unsigned comment added by AstroGenesis Non Profit ( talkcontribs) 17:47, 6 February 2023 (UTC) reply
