This should be summarised at and merged with Philippine government response to the COVID-19 pandemic since the controversy didn't age well: this happened for a very short time and the Philippines has managed to maximise its testing capability. • Merge as proposed to also fill the missing details in the main article, such as the triage procedures and initial developments, etc. Currently, the main article only discusses swabbing centers and incomplete data in two very short paragraphs.
