I am redirecting the page to
Royal Dutch Shell because what's written here is also in that article. As PaddyBriggs pointed out, an article about a person should tell something of the person, not just a single episode. If someone wants to create a complete article on Watts, that would be fine.

I removed a line about the Nigeria story that was tagged at the end of the Reserves story. The line appears to have been written before the entry on Nigeria and so covered the same ground. I hope this isn't a contentious edit.
