HMS Result

I've taken the following out for now - 'and while commanding HMS Result sunk the German submarine U-45.' U-45 was sunk by HMS D7, not by any destroyers. Secondly I can find no record in Janes' of there ever having been a destroyer named Result serving in this period, nor according to Colledge, has there ever been any commissioned Royal Navy ship named Result in the entire history of the navy. I can't even find any references to any small non-commissioned auxiliaries going by this name, nor any shore establishments. I think the source quoted must be in error.
