Page creation, title, and hôtel particulier instead of palace
This page was created using text from
Luxembourg Palace in which the hyphenated forms of the name, "Palais du Petit-Luxembourg" and simply "Petit-Luxembourg", were used. I switched to the non-hyphenated form because this is how it is given in the sources I consulted, including Ayer's 2004 book, the 2009 Michelin Green Guide Paris, and the website of the French Senate
[1]. Kalnein's 1995 book uses the hyphenated Petit-Luxembourg in his running text, e.g., pp. 39 and 61, but not in the index (p. 292) or picture captions on pp. 40 and 62. I did not notice that any of these sources used the term Palais or Palace; Ayers specifically calls it an hôtel particulier. --
