The "Personal life" section says Maddison "currently lives in Brighton and has a holiday house on Phillip Island. Andrew Perkins also lives in Brighton." Who is Andrew Perkins? What is his relevance to Peter Maddison? I can't find the source linked to, so I'll delete the mention of Andrew Perkins for now. Sadiemonster ( talk) 09:34, 31 October 2016 (UTC)
According to the article Maddison started practicing architecture at age 7 and founded his own practice at age 17. This seems highly improbably!!! While the link below appears to support the professional timeline I remain skeptical given it would appear illegal. I'd wonder if it a matter of primary school work experience or holiday jobs being conflated with professional practice but the second link seems to preclude that.

Could the birth date simply be wrong? This article: http://www.smh.com.au/entertainment/tv-and-radio/lunch-with-peter-maddison-grand-designs-australia-host-20120425-1xm44.html says that he was 57 in 2012 whilst the Wikipedia date would make him about 41. Significant difference!!!
