The apex of the Massport incident was the publication of this photo from the Boston Herald. Since WGBH used the photo in "fair use" can it and should it be used here? Thanks. -- Og-emmet 23:44, 20 November 2006 (UTC)
Because of the questionable circumstances in which the photo was first obtained and this being a biography of a living person IMO it doesn't seem proper to include it. Could some senior wikipedians advise on this please? Thanks -- Og-emmet 05:54, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
