The article makes it clear that Personality Crisis is a notable band, it contained members that have gone on to play in other notable bands, their sound was very influential in later punk rock. It's interesting that the person tagging the article for deletion has interests in classical music etc., nothing wrong with that but leave discussion of articles on punk rock to people who know what they're talking about.
It would seriously help if someone could turn the article into readable English. It's not quite coherent. Also, if you want to use the fact that their members went on to notable bands, you really need to say who those members were, and who went on to what band.

Readability - sure, I can edit it up a bit. Members going on to notable band? Look at the page, it's up there, and three of the bands have WP entries.
