Isn't "should" a better word than "would" in the list in the Criticism-section? "Would" implies that all pentitos do so. Uhu219 21:18, 27 December 2006 (UTC)

Another criticism is that the members of the Red Brigades, but perhaps more importantly, the Mafiosi, often have their sentences shortened.
