assessed as "mid" importance across the board? It would seem highly unlikely for something to be assessed the same importance across so many subjects. --

The second ref (Doerffer et al) seems to be a broken link: I get no response. The third (Melber-Wilkending et al) is very slow to load and in any case is incomplete. Are there any analyses post Eden et al (ie post 2006) to confirm their view that gaps, rather than 2D peniches are best?

I don't have any trouble with the Doerffer link, but maybe it's protected? I haven't seen anything else re: gaps versus peniches. Thanks for the attention to the article.
