- That's right. The only source for it is a vandalized earlier version of this article.
There is actually a reference to a "clitares" as a French bathing suit in the Houston Press - July 5th, 2013.

- It almost got the band in trouble as it included a reference to a clitares, which is a type of bathing suit in France
- Except it isn't. As can easily be verified by checking, searching, doing actual journalism &c.. The only source for that statement (which is also repeated in an AVClub article) is this article.
