Could you please explain why you placed the {{ coatrack}} tag on this article?
As the most senior interrogator to offer a public account of his activities you don't think he merits an article?
His activities are controversial. It is easier than usual to lapse from policy when writing about controversial topics. I work hard to be fair when I write on controversial topics. I'd like to think I did an okay job.
I don't expect to succeed 100 percent of the time. One of the things I like about the wikipedia is that there are other contributors who are willing to try to have meaningful discussions with people they disagree with. Sometimes when those who disagree with me are willing to engage in a meaningful dialogue I realize they are right and I am wrong.
I'd appreciate it if you would be specific about which passage(s) trigger your concern, and why your concern was triggered.

I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:
Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues. Thanks to everybody working on this one! -- Khazar2 ( talk) 14:55, 17 July 2013 (UTC)
