Hi Paul, Images published by the FCDO are generally licensed under the Open Government Licence and acceptable for use on Wikipedia. I've taken a thumbnail published by the FCDO and updated the image. If there is another image on gov.uk that you feel is more suitable, feel free to link it here and I'll use it. Cheers
