"Patu is within the scope of WikiProject Brazil" - this is obviously incorrect. A patu is a Maori club. The Maori are from New Zealand, which is a long way from South America. I have removed the WikiProject Brazil stamp. AstroDave ( talk) 17:57, 4 June 2008 (UTC) reply

They have a district in Brazil called Patu, but as of mid-2017, it hasn't got an article on the English WP. Schwede 66 20:01, 10 July 2017 (UTC) reply
