Clarification needed
This article needs more clarity. Folks looking for a description of the SCOTUS decision, like me, are going to be confused. Maybe the links can be annotated? Maybe the lead can describe how they fit together? Or, maybe a single article of all cases?

The cases should be merged into one article. While they are legally separate cases, they all pertain to the same general topic, and to a large extent the arguments presented in each case were all presented before the court in NFIB v. Sebelius.

According to
Starry Decisis, as it was held up by the highest Court, all lower ones will uphold it. The rest should just be footnotes in the main case. This will increase clarity and remove unnecessary articles.
