For ALL married people, identified as such, you must include at least the YEAR of their marriage. Also, Pat and John both resided in Australia and in England, both at the same time, and so the location of their marriage is relevant. You have given information that implies that they are still married to each other, and they have children together.
I just find it to be unsettling that you did not bother to write down when and where they got married. That is a glaring error!

Point of order, there is no requirement for any of this information. Check the Wikipedia rules. It's good info to have, obviously, but it is an omission, not a "glaring error." A glaring error would be to say they were married if they were not. If you have information that contradicts what is here (i.e. they weren't married, or are no longer married, etc.) then per
WP:BLP that information needs to be corrected; THAT is a Wikipedia rule.

Aside from her solo discography, I think it might be helpful to indicate which Olivia Newton-John albums and singles Pat provided vocals for. I think it's relevant as it provides additional sourcing for her professional association with ONJ being renewed.
