Palsons Naibula →
Parsons Nabiula – I searched a little and apparently this is the correct name (even though there are some sources supporting the current name) but since I'm not sure I thought this is good to ask for other opinions. the IOC official website listed him as
Nabiula PARSONS, I checked the Olympic official report, he is listed as P. Nabiula and not Nabuila. the Philippines swimming website listed him as Parson Nabiula. so there are two questions, what's his given name ? Palsons, Parsons or Parson. and what's his surname ? Nabiula, Naibula or Nabuila ?

a IOC publication on the 1956 Olympics states the whole name of the subject is Parsons Charles Nabiula (p.746). This should be more authoritative than a web page. Other sources also confirms this:
Philippine Star. The confusion arose because "Parsons" seems to be a surname. It is not unheard of to have Filipinos to have surnames as first name. Also it does not help that searching the name of the swimmer also gives result to
Sonny Parsons, a Filipino actor born in the 1950s. But note that "Sonny Parsons" is just a screen name. His real name is "Jose Parsons Agliam Nabiula, Jr". I suspect Sonny Parsons is his son, which explains the similar name but can't find sources establishing family relations. That said, I support the move to Parsons Nabiula.
