Jaguar also has this system in some of its cars. The R models and sports models

Article name

Parktronic is a Mercedes-Benz brand name. This article needs a more generic name - any suggestions? Socrates2008 ( Talk) 12:09, 13 July 2008 (UTC) reply

According to this (maybe old) pdf it's claimed as an Audi trademark: http://www.rs6club.pl/misc/2009/RS6_specifications.pdf but the current Audi documents don't appear to use the name at all any more. In any case, I suggest this article be merged with Parking sensors to give a more generic description, with a mention that some manufacturers have their own brand names for their systems, like for example Parktronic. Also an example photo of the visual display would be good. Thrapper ( talk) 15:43, 14 October 2009 (UTC) reply
