In Core shakta's concept Adi shakti created both purush (Masculine forms) and prakriti (Feminine Forms). You can read this in Devi Bhagwat and Shakti Mahabhagwat purana-- Snehilsharma ( talk) 11:47, 9 December 2014 (UTC).
