The delegation list is growing, and as there was 132 delegations it may be very long, if we don't have any inclusion criteria. My suggestion would be that we include royals, presidents and prime ministers from all countries who sent such representatives, and in addition leading representative/s from large countries which didn't send presidents/royals/prime ministers.
