"Panthera schaubi or Viretailurus schaubi and possibly in one newer perspective Puma pardoides (tertiarily, potentially schaubi)..."
It's not all obvious what this is intended to mean. Can it perhaps be written in clearer English? I suspect it requires more than one sentence.
