The issue was repeated PRODing of the article after I removed the initial PROD.

The claims " the case does not EXIST" and that the case "is fictional" made by Chrispando19 are categorically false.

See the court reference " Pando V. Fernandez, 127 Misc.2d 224 (N.Y. Misc. 1984)", check the refernces in the article, and these: [1] [2] [3] [4], or any of the 67+ cases it is cited as a precedent in, for confirmation this is a real court case which is notable. It is a very important case in the law of constructive trusts in New York, and is used as such, forming part of the current common law in this area.
