Wouldn't the name of this building be better rendered as 'The Faceted Palace'? First of all this would conform more closely to the Russian title (I.e., adjective first, noun second). Secondly, the building is not made of facets, nor is it full of facets. It is simply a palace that just happens to be named after one of it's many features.
