I had a version of pageplus that ran under CP/M on my Amstrad PCW 8512 in the late 1980's so the introductory statement about 1991 is incorrect.
I remeber this well as I sold my Raleigh Aero framed BMX for £80 which was enough to buy the add on module which connected to the PCW's 2ndary printer port, and a three button mouse, with the pagpeplus software. We used this to produce a magazine discussing BBC micro and electron games.
Little did I know that these 8-bit machines, CP/M, DOS and the rest would result in me working for IBM prodcing the bleeding edge in virtualization 20 years later — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.146.39.23 ( talk)

There is a pageplus MVNO, perhaps there should be a disambiguation page for those coming from google looking for the mobile provider? ~janus zeal ( talk) 17:18, 28 June 2010 (UTC)
Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on
PagePlus. Please take a moment to review
my edit. If necessary, add {{
cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{
nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

Like Raiph (Ralf?), I'm noticing a lot of history left out.
For starters, how about PagePlus winning the prestigious 1993 Seybold Show Award, over other contenders Pagemaker and Quark xpress? How about Quark constantly threatening to sue Serif? The independent Serif ran a brilliant guerrilla marketing campaign on a shoestring budget, including "Free Software" and offering an actual money-back guarantee on the product. Even the product's graphical Help (Wizards) contained humorous easter eggs, including one of the first publications of Doom's cheat codes.
PagePlus was the first DTP app for windows that did CMYK Postscript color separations, followed by being the most affordable design program that could export PDFs... both quite revolutionary features. serif.com was one of the first commercial sites and was a hub for free fonts, software, clipart, and Tutorials. This all seems more relevant than "file format changed". — Preceding unsigned comment added by Scootz555 ( talk • contribs) 03:15, 29 April 2021 (UTC)
