According to [1], the latest release is P4_16 starting with version 1.0.0, released in May 2017. The existing version appears to refer to older P4_14 specification. How should the coexistence of these standards be indicated in the version information?

A "hello world" equivalent, plus something meaningful, would be nice for those of us who know some networking but know very little about P4.
