@ Mitchazenia and Mackensen: I know that both of you have done a lot of work on railroads in New Jersey, and I thought that you can help with this article. I just happened across this article while adding NJ Transit and other NJ railroad articles into WP:NYCPT when it makes sense. This article has a six year old tag mentioning the non-encyclopedic tone of the article, and citation issues. I cut out what seemed to be copied of a book, and summarized it.
