Colloquial terms for over/under coiling?

I have often heard this technique referred to as "westcoast-ing" or "hollywood-ing" or "calicoil-ing" e.g "You need to start westcoasting these cables before you put them away!"

I assume this originates from those in the recording / film industry employing this technique for more critical studio work.
