Oppose. While the dash is indeed properly translated as a form of the verb "to be", many English-language sources do not seem to have a problem with that (

The first one uses a dash, the other three do not. My point was that many English sources simply omit the dash without translating it as "is". Omitting the dash, however, changes the meaning somewhat, so I don't think it's a good idea to move the article to that title. That's just my opinion, of course.—
