I want to remark that the position of reader in the UK is comparable to full professor in the US, see the corresponding Wikipedia Article on this topic. "The title of reader in the United Kingdom [...] denotes an appointment for a senior academic with a distinguished international reputation in research or scholarship. [...] Readers and professors in the UK would correspond to full professors in the US."

Moreover, I want to remark that an article on this person has existed in the German Wikipedia for more than two months now, so to me it seems silly that he should not have one in the English Wikipedia: Randal-Williams is British and based in the UK.
