As far as I can tell, the
Limnodynastes ornatus article and the
Ornate burrowing frog article pertain to the same species; the common names given on both articles are the same, the scientific name Limnodynastes ornatus is given on both, and the descriptions on each article appear consistent with each other. Unless someone is able to demonstrate that these articles are actually about two different species, these two articles should be merged.

here you will note under taxconomy in the synonymy the scientific names of both pages appear. Hence yes definitely the same species. Cheers,
